7:02 p.m.: A caller on the 200 block of West Lowell Avenue reported an extremely drunk man in a wheelchair with broken glass around him and on him.
7:37 p.m.: A caller on the 2100 block of Wynngate Court reported that a police activities league (PAL) from a neighbor city was harassing the caller for money.
