12:39 a.m.: A woman reported that she was being harassed by an 18-year-old man who lives on the 1800 block of Birchwood Lane. He called the woman, inviting her over. When she arrived, she found him standing at the door with a bow and arrow. She fled to a nearby park. The woman noted that the man has recently been arrested for impersonating a firefighter.

4:11 p.m.:
Police received a call from a man on the 1400 block of Mariani Ct. who kept talking about an “electronic magazine,” but had trouble understanding him. He said that he had not been drinking, but had been taking medications. The man also said that “it’s hard to breathe,” and advised police to send an officer over before he hurt someone, though the only weapon he admitted to having was a butter knife.

12:25 p.m.: An employee from Safeway, 1801 W. 11th St., said two guys who seemed high on drugs were “bumping into customers.” The caller asked them to leave, but one couldn’t seem to find his way out.

9:46 a.m.: A man on the 100 block of Collins Avenue reported a woman threw a bike on his front lawn and told him that she thinks that she had his baby. The man said that she hears voices and talks to her TV.

1:13 p.m.: A man on the 200 block of West 22nd Street said someone broke into a shed in his back yard, spray painted the walls and set some of his stuff on fire. He added that a wallet was left behind that belonged to a minor.

5:47 p.m.: A woman on the 1900 block of Bayberry Court said her husband and her were in an argument and requested an officer to step in. The man told dispatch that he had been on crack for 4 days straight and didn’t know if he had any weapons on him. He was gone when police arrived at the couple’s house.

11:26 p.m.: A caller at Chester Drive and Lowell Avenue said her three children told her that as they walked home from school earlier in the day, a man in an older green Nissan drove by them multiple times while he masturbated.

6:20 p.m.: A dead otter was left on a caller's porch after someone rang the caller's doorbell on the 2200 block of Hillcrest Drive.
