5:50 a.m.: A man on the 400 block of Leamon Street said he had caught and had detained two women inside of his van who had thrown rocks through the windows of it 10 minutes ago.

2:58 p.m.: A caller on the 200 block of Wisteria Lane said a man was speeding in the area and when the caller approached the man and told him to slow down, the man became rude and said that he did not have a license, so therefore he did not know what the speed limit was.

7:31 p.m.: Police issued a citation to a man who ripped off a portion of a woman’s fence, put it in a shopping cart and set it on fire on the 600 block of Palm Circle.

5:34 p.m.: A caller at Tracy Boulevard and I-205 said that a nude man was standing near a white truck.

6:31 p.m.: A man on the 2800 block of Ralston Way said that his wife was staring at cars as they drove by. Earlier he said that she said that she had threatened to kill herself by jumping out in front of a passing car. He added that she said that she had originally thought about taking pills and dropping an appliance in the bathtub with her in it, but changed her mind.

Black Friday not only turned out thousands in the early morning hours to find the best deals in town, it also saw a couple of calls surrounding the long lines that crazy people stood in all night at Best Buy and around Wal Mart:

12:07 a.m.: A caller at Best Buy, 2550 Naglee Road, said that a group of three men were driving around the parking lot trying to sell marijuana to people who were in line.

12:31 a.m.: A caller at Wal Mart, 3010 W. Grant Line Road, reported that kids in a blue Honda threw water balloons at people that stood in line.

4:48 a.m.: An employee at Costco, 3250 W. Grant Line Road, reported that a line of people that were waiting for Wal Mart to open was running 100 yards into the Costco parking lot and Costco management wanted the people in line off of their property.

4:45 a.m.: A security guard at Wal Mart, 3010 W. Grant Line Road, said that there were 1000+ people standing in line and some were getting into arguments over people cutting in line.

1:58 p.m.: A woman who drove a red Chevy Cobalt with a youth on the hood, pulled into a nearby house, a caller said. Police said the car was gone on arrival.

3:27 p.m.: A woman reported she returned home after three days away and found her “front bedroom window broken out, blood on her front porch, dirt and mud on her bed, and glass from the broken window inside of her house.” Otherwise, “nothing appears to be taken or disturbed.”

3:49 p.m.: A man at Riverview Avenue and Poppy Hills Lane reported that a man ran at his car as he drove down the road. The man said that the same man had thrown himself in front of his car a few days ago.

5:29 a.m.: A caller from the 2300 block of Golden Leaf Lane reported that he suspected people lying under blankets in a blue van were going to hurt him “because he is a juror on a murder trial.” He told police he didn’t want to get the van’s license plate number, but that he could “go out and beat it up with a baseball bat.” Police got the people in the van to leave.

9:55 p.m.: A woman from the 1900 block of Homer Henry Court reported that she lost her cell phone while “trick or treating,” and the kid who found wants $50 to return it.

7:09 a.m.: A caller at Starbucks, 1857 W. 11th St., reported that a man who was asking every woman out that walked in the door, was on his cell phone saying that he was going to kill anyone who touched him.

7:46 a.m.: A caller at the Boys & Girls Club, 340 W. Fourth St., reported that a naked man was sitting down and playing with himself by the railroad tracks. The caller said that this had happened before with the same man.

5:17 p.m.: A caller at Centre Court and Cumberland Drive reported six people smoking marijuana after being put on hold for three-and-a-half hours

11:41 p.m.: A possible drunken woman on the 1600 block of Sequoia Blvd., reported that she needed a police officer to talk to her about “old cop stories.” She requested that no “young cute” officers respond because “she was lonely and couldn’t take the pressure…???”

1:09 p.m.: Police arrested a man for disturbing the peace on the 2900 block of North Mac Arthur Drive after a woman reported that he had banged his head on the ground while he bled from his knife-clenched hand.

2:00 p.m.: A caller on the 400 block of West 10th Street reported that he had found a bag of marijuana on his 13-year-old son and he couldn’t manage to find out where his son had bought it because his son was not talking.

3:05 p.m.: A caller on the 200 block of Dorothy Lane reported that her neighbors were harassing her and shining lights into her house. She also said that there was a plane that flies over her house every day and it has security cameras on it that shines lights into her house. She also added that she was bipolar.

9:32 p.m.: A caller on the 500 block of Sequoia Boulevard reported that a man with a Chihuahua was smoking weed on a curb.

12:39 p.m.: A caller at Wells Fargo Bank, 1900 W. 11th Street, reported that two men yelled, “chicken pancakes,” out of their window while they drove by and scared some people.

7:23 p.m.: A man on the 1400 block of Birsch Drive reported that a shoe had been thrown on the roof of his trailer. He believed that whoever threw the shoe wanted to break into his trailer.

8:33 a.m.: A caller at Talley Park, 1440 Dove Drive, reported that a red-headed man tried to lure kids with candy into his van.

10:13 a.m.: A caller at Primo’s Gourmet, 3402 Mars Court, reported that there were a bunch of buzzards flying around a field. The man said he had never seen anything like this before and wondered if there was a dead body in the field.

11:48 a.m.: A woman on the 200 block of Grant Line Road reported that her daughter tried to strangle herself. The girl said that if her parents weren’t going to let her strangle herself, then she was going to lie out in the road until a semi-truck ran her over. She was taken to mental health in Stockton.

5:17 p.m.: An employee at am/pm, 3425 N. Tracy Blvd., reported that a man threatened to urinate in the store because the employee did not have the restroom key readily available.

8:07 a.m.: A woman on the 1500 block of Locust Drive reported that a man called her daughter’s cell phone last night and said that he was going to rape her. The man said that he knew where she lived, what color phone she had, what bathroom and what times she usually frequented it at school, and that he was going to be there waiting for her.

3:30 p.m.: A woman overheard a man at Home Depot, 2400 Naglee Road, say that he needed some plastic and duct tape because he had just killed his wife. She said a Middle Eastern man with a think accent in his late 60s said this to an employee in the paint department and did buy plastic and duct tape. The employee confirmed that the man did say that to him.

7:54 p.m.: A man on the 100 block of East Sixth Street reported that a “big black man” with a pointy nose showed his private parts to his wife.

7:08 a.m.: A caller at Corral Hollow and Schulte roads reported that a man with a white bag appeared to be exposing himself to traffic.

11:12 a.m.: An employee at the Quality Inn, 3511 North Tracy Blvd., reported that a housekeeper said that one of the tenants had been smoking marijuana. Police responded and two women and one man had medical marijuana cards and were checking out of the hotel.

1:17 p.m.: A caller at Lincoln Boulevard and Kavanagh Avenue reported that a crying girl with a bloody face exited a car and flagged down a man that wore a hospital gown.

4:10 p.m.: A caller on the 1900 block of Monique Street reported that someone had flooded the caller’s house.

6:11 p.m.: An employee at Save Mart, 875 S. Tracy Blvd., reported a teenage girl stole items from the store and ran into a car while she tried to escape. The girl said she was told to steal items by her older adult brother, who drove off in the getaway car when he saw that she had collided with a car. The girl was transported to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.

8:29 p.m.: A woman on the 600 block of School Street reported that a neighbor child said that he was molested by another neighbor. When the woman told the child’s mom, she did not seem concerned.

1:00 p.m.: A woman on the 2300 block of Robert Gabriel Drive, reported a strange man inside her house yesterday. The woman emerged from her restroom to find the man who said that he had been let in by her son. The woman said that she didn’t have a son and told her, “well, you better check out back,” and after she did, she returned to find the man gone.

4:01 p.m.: A man on the 800 block of Colonial Lane, reported that his 14-year-old son was giving him problems about a “hunting” type knife that the man feels his son should not have. The boy then locked himself in his father’s pickup and refused to give his dad the keys.

11:08 p.m.: A woman on the 300 block of South Court reported people throwing rocks at her front window and drinking alcohol. She said that last week she called the cops on the people for the same behavior and they called her a “cop caller.”

11:38 p.m.: A woman on the 300 block of Pacheco Drive reported her husband just beat her up. When police arrived on the scene she said that she was beat up with a pillow.

8:01 p.m.: A woman on the 800 block of Colonial Lane reported that her son was “out of control” and had a knife in his hand. The dispatcher said he or she could hear her son over the phone saying that “he feels alive with the knife in his hand.” He also said that he was not going to hurt officers but refused to put the knife down. The argument turned out to be over a pocket knife.

11:39 a.m.: A caller on the 100 block of East Eaton Avenue reported youths following a subject into the bathroom at Lincoln Park on East Street. The caller said this was an ongoing incident and all of the people in the bathroom usually stay for longer than an hour.

12:19 p.m.: A caller at the Motel 6, 3810 N. Tracy Blvd., reported two topless women in the pool taking pictures of each other.

2:45 p.m.: A man on the 100 block of Loma Prieta Court reported that his company was the victim of wire fraud, fraudulent sales of securities and stolen export wine that culminated in the loss of $562,000.

1:36 p.m.: A suspicious man was dropped off at the Tracy Police Department, 1000 Civic Center Drive, by a taxi and claimed that police took him to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital then to a hotel last night. His car was towed while this happened. He said he can’t move now and has no way to get his car.

5:47 p.m.: A woman reported her 10-year-old daughter was slapped in the hand by a lunch lady two weeks ago at Bohn School, 350 E. Mt. Diablo Ave. Her daughter said the lunch lady slapped another student at school today.

6:49 p.m.: A caller on the 2500 block of Bennett Way reported two vicious Chihuahua’s running loose in the area.

10:06 p.m.: A woman on the 2600 block of Limorges Court reported a man at her door insisted on testing her faucet water. The woman let the man in and he tested her water and said it was bad, but he didn’t have any test equipment or paperwork of any kind. The man said he would be back. The woman said she was afraid that he was going to burglarize her house.

8:56 p.m.: A woman on the 500 block of Primrose Court reported that her sister attacked her with meat sheers and hit her with a fly swatter.

When he confronted the man, the man laughed at him and said "he can do whatever he wants since he pays rent."

1:46 p.m.: A student at West High School, 1775 W. Lowell Ave., reported another student threw a box of Kleenex at her BMW and damaged it. Upon further investigation, police concluded that no damage had been done.

7:38 p.m.: A caller at Central Elementary School, 1370 Parker Ave., reported that a student with a bruised penis was on his way to Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Manteca.
