9:10 a.m.: A man on the 1600 block of Holly Drive reported his out-of-control daughter refusing to go to school. Police went to the man’s house and cited the girl for possession of cigarettes by a minor.
12:44 p.m.: A caller at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, reported a Hummer in the parking lot taking up three spaces.
