11:41 a.m.: A man on the 1700 block of Kagehiro Drive reported graffiti on a light pole that read, “We hate Chinese people.”
8:29 p.m.: A woman on the 600 block of School Street reported that a neighbor child said that he was molested by another neighbor. When the woman told the child’s mom, she did not seem concerned.
