12:39 a.m.: A woman reported that she was being harassed by an 18-year-old man who lives on the 1800 block of Birchwood Lane. He called the woman, inviting her over. When she arrived, she found him standing at the door with a bow and arrow. She fled to a nearby park. The woman noted that the man has recently been arrested for impersonating a firefighter.

4:11 p.m.: Police received a call from a man on the 1400 block of Mariani Ct. who kept talking about an “electronic magazine,” but had trouble understanding him. He said that he had not been drinking, but had been taking medications. The man also said that “it’s hard to breathe,” and advised police to send an officer over before he hurt someone, though the only weapon he admitted to having was a butter knife.
